Bradford, Vt. April 18, 2010.
Less than one month to go before the 43 consecutive season opener sponsored by KDD NAPA of Bradford at Bear Ridge Speedway.
The 99ROCK wfrd weekly racing series five divisions: Bond Auto Sportsman Modifieds, Wells River Chevrolet Sportsman Coupes, A Notch Above Limited Late Models, Journal Opinion Fast Fours, and KDD NAPA Bradford Ridge Runner Hornets are getting ready to hit the dirt for the 43 season at the Ridge. Pre registration is higher than it has been in several years, and with many new improvements underway, the fans are sure to be more than pleased with their night out on the town at the Ridge.
All five divisions will be competing in double feature double points events, the same as last year's opener, which can prove to offer up some very exciting racing action. In addition to hot action on the track, expect to see plenty of action in the sky with fireworks once again sponsored by Noise R Us Fireworks. Your adult and senior paid entrance ticket will also get you a chance at some great door prices, to be given away throughout the night.
If you haven't been to the Ridge in awhile, or if you are one of the many who can't wait for opening night to get here, then be sure to mark your calendar for the 43rd opening night scheduled for Saturday May 15.
Master Card and Visa will be accepted at the Ridge, which continues to be the best source of inexpensive high quality entertainment for families. The price of a general admission ticket will remain the same as it has over the past ten years for adults (ages 17 to 61) at $10.00 a person. Teens 12 to 16 and seniors 62 and older at $8.00 a person, and children 11 and under $2.00. You do the math, in today's economy you will be hard pressed to find entertainment that is perfect for the whole family at less than these rates.
The kid's club will return in 2010 with added activities and prizes available exclusively to the elite members of the club. The price for membership will remain the same at only $2.00 per child. Once registered, kids will benefit in weekly free give aways, rides with their favorite drivers, pit tours, special autograph sessions and more, just by signing in each week after becoming a member.
Remember in today's society we could all use a little more family entertainment, and the Ridge is your best place to be for just that. The admission price is more than reasonable; the show top-notch, the food superior, and the family friendly atmosphere is just what you are looking for.
Bear Ridge Speedway is as an alcohol free family friendly entertainment spot, with our goal to make each experience to the Ridge better than the last.
