2010 car owner and 2010 membership application forms are now available on the web on the rules page.
rates are the same as they have been for the past several years.
be sure to get your application in by March 1st to save money. $50.00 from now until March 1st after March 1st the rate is $75.00.
Rules will be posted shortly.
No major changes are expected.
